reloading computer program ?

i notice you guys are pluging load data into your computers and getting all kinds of things like fps pressure limits ect ect.

are these free programs ? if so where can i down load it at ? id love to sit around and play with it and see what i can come up with

iam looking for somthing where i can enter powder weight bullet weight ect ect, and find out roughly which loades will be the best for my application
