If money wasn't an issue and you wanted to start reloading everything listed below, what equipment would you buy that makes it easiest and fastest to do? Anybody have a list of everything needed from scratch?

5.56
7.62x51
300 w/m
375 Cheytac
338 Lapua
400 Cheytac
50 Cal

What's the best level of shooting you'd expect from any one of those?

I think you should study the topic first and get an understanding of the process because if you don’t then you won’t know why you’re buying stuff. You can reload all those rounds with a set of tools costing under $1000 or over $50,000. Don’t buy anything until you understand what’s going on.

Setup for the win mag and spend a year playing with that. Then look at the cheytac+ stuff. The equipment have little to no crossover and you need to be super comfortable to consider playing with those 338+ calibers

5.56 just M855 level but the rest would be a match grade sub MOA
Sub MOA is not difficult to do with just about anything, as long as you know what you're doing.

Aside from that, you might check this out "fast and easy":

This is universally the best advice anyone can get for every technical discipline conceivable. No one ever takes it though.

Dillon 550 for that many rifle calibers
I will respectfully Disagree. I am positive that you can not load any of the 50 BMG Based cases on a Dillon 550-1100. They actually make a special press for the 50BMG family.

At a minimum, get the Lyman Reloading manual and read it, understanding that it will push Lyman’s products. The principals remain the same.
