Reloading NAS3 5.56 cases

Could someone please point me in the right direction for this? I heard they require special dies but i can't find anything for 5.56/.223 cases. I am stocking up on BlackArc ammo but i want to reload it because it looks like i can load this stuff hotter and i want to load them with lapua 77gr OTM.

so it sounds like they don't fireform like brass would, so resizing isnt needed?

That's what they make it sound like. Maybe neck sizing is required in some scenarios.
