I have a Rem 700 with a PTG one piece bolt chambered in .223 AI. It has a 24" barrel and a Timney Calvin Elite trigger. It is currently housed in a XLR Element chassis with an Area 419 Area rail. It has approx 600 rounds down it. Most of it was fire-formed .223 Lapua brass. I don't recall the barrel maker or the gunsmith however there are GCP Rifle Co markings on the barrel. The rifle is pictured with a Vortex Diamondback 6-24x50 FFP scope with an EBR 2b ret in Mil / Mil in an American Defense mount. it also has an Area 419 hellfire brake on it.
This rifle would make a great trainer. I was planning on using it as a practice rig to supplement my AI AX but I need to let it go to send some additional money to family. It can be had as a complete rifle with scope and mount, rifle without the scope and mount or just the barreled action. Prices are as follows. It is not perfect as it has been shot off of barricades an culverts while fire forming brass for practice.
complete rifle- $1600 with 375pcs of 1x fired Lap brass and 2x Accurate mags
rifle without scope and mount- $1300 with the brass and 2x accurate mags
barreled action only $1000 with the brass no mags.
All of those prices are shipped to your FFL. I will take $50 off any of those deals for a local sale near the South Houston area.
