Gunsmithing Rem. 788 Sako Extractor

could anyone point me towards a good smith who’s familiar with fitting a Sako style extractor to a 788 bolt?

I know this is an old thread...
DakotaBPNW, were you able to get your rifle up and going?
I have a 788 in 243. The extractor ring broke (sheered where the rivot goes) and the rivot is still stuck in there.
