Remington 581 Rear Sight Assembly?

Anyone know where I can pickup a complete rear sight assembly for a Remington 581?

I pulled it when I installed a scope. I have enough other scoped .22's now, so I want to put this one back to original and I can't figure out what I did with the rear sight.

I really hate saying this but have you tried Ebay. God I hate ebay but it's a lyman 57 or 58 I think you need and they do so up on ebay a lot.

I have looked everywhere I could think of. It's not a Lyman sight. It's just the generic plastic open sights. I am really kicking myself for loosing it.

They have the sight base only. None of the little parts.

I am thinking I may have to buy a whole rifle from Gunbroker and nab the sights off of it, then sell it with one of the cheapie scopes I have.

You must be living right or this is your lucky day, but I found one in my junk box. I am sure it is for a Remington Model 581. I think I even found the right screw for it.

Not sure if all the parts are here or not but it consists of a plastic half round barrel cover with a sight set in the cover and a single screw (bolt) that passes through the plastic cover, the sight tab on the underside of the cover and into the barrel.

I've been looking for one for over a year. Occasionally a single piece or two shows up but I haven't seen a complete rear sight assembly at all.
