Remington 700 223 upgrades

Greetings,

I'm looking to buy/have built a Remington 700 in 223. My ideal specs are

18" 1:7" barrel
700 SA receiver
McMillan a5 stock

Im having difficulty finding a barrel maker that does 1:7" twist, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Rock Creek makes anything starting at 1:5


The wait time is probably pretty long though, as they are a popular maker.

Rock Creek has 1/8 twists ready to go. I'm not sure what bullet your trying to shoot but a 1/8 will push 77-80 grainers. You might find it harder to push the 80 grainers during colder months.
