How do you like the bi-pod/mono-pod combination? I love the mono-pod on the DTA but never have really tried one on my bolt gun.

i just got is in the last few days and haven't got to take it out yet. but for it just sitting and myself getting in behind it i think ill like it a lot. it takes a lot of the weight off and supports the gun very well.

    thank you

what i did was take the sling stud out and centered a picatinny rail over it and marked it. then i took a 1/8 drill bit and pre drilled, took a 3/8 bit and drilled the two holes. used a 7/16 drill bit and hand drilled about 1/16" down. got a nut-sert kit and crimped the nut-sert almost all the way until i had a little shelf under the rim. then filled the hole with JB weld and stuck them in and waited until morning and cleaned the excess of and bolted the pic rail on.

    thank you
