Remington 700 SPS AAC in .300 AAC Blackout

Re: Remington 700 SPS AAC in .300 AAC Blackout

I spoke with a local yokel dealer at a gun store this morning. He said that he called a Remington rep about availability of this rifle, and the rep said that Remington is having trouble with the accuracy of the rifle. The rifle won't be available until the accuracy issues are resolved, which (in his words) may never occur. I don't know. Anyone hearing anything on this rifle?

it's pointless to get a bolt gun in 300 blackout.

that round was made and designed specifically to be able to cyle a subsonic round with a suppressor in an AR platform.

buy a 308 700 AAC model and use your can on it with subsonic 308 rounds. same ballistics, only difference is the ammo for the BLK is cheaper, but you are getting two guns in one this way.

I think I remember reading about Savage saying the same thing about the 300 blackout. They weren't pleased with the accuracy, so they scrapped the idea of a bolt gun chambered in it.
