There is a sticky on this forum that covers it well. Just shoot it, cleaning every 400 or when accuracy starts to suffer. The most cleaning mine gets it from the one pass I do with a bore snake just before shooting to clean out the oil I put in there to keep it from rusting between shooting.
I love mine, I have gotten just under MOA at 100yrds with Remington CoreLokt ammo, a 3-9x40 Leupold rifleman, and the houge stock. Pretty well for the lousy set-up, and I am not that good of a shot yet. Most groups come in around 1.25". I think ammo and the shooter is to blame however.
