I was gonna say, after 7 years and hasnt caught on, he/she should have been sent down the road. Isnt that what they have Probation Periods.
After 6-12 months somebody ought to figured out she wouldnt cut it.
This PC crap (being afraid to send someone packing) puts other officers in danger.
I was a certified FTO instructor, one thing I pushed was <span style="font-weight: bold">Not to be afraid to cut someone,</span> its makes it safer for the recruit and other officers.
