What is the least laborious/time consuming way to remove One Shot from my brass after FL sizing?

I've scrubbed with old t-shirts and old t-shirts moist with Isopropyl alcohol...which does well, but takes a while. I was wondering if there was an "easier" way that perhaps I've been overlooking.

I would just tumble them, but my media is just the right size that it gets caught in the primer pockets and has to have a decapping pin run through it again to get it out.

30 minutes in the tumbler works for me. I just look at each primer hole while I am putting the brass in the block and if I see a kernel of media in the hole I pop it out with a paperclip. Simple and not as many are in there as you would think. I usually only have to pop out about 2 or 3 per 100.

Tumble in untreated Cob Media. I have a BIG Paper Clip I have remodeled into a Flash Hole clearing tool.
I like to look at the flash hole through the case looking at a white paper or a blue paper towel on the bench. I can get a good visual looking down the case faster than looking at the primer pocket.
Just my 2 cents.
