I have a set of Peltor TEP 300 electronic earplugs that I need to replace the rubber cone plugs. They are staring to wear out and twice now have gotten them stuck in my ear and had to have someone pull them out with tweezers. I know I can get oem rubber plugs from Peltor but was wondering if there is a better option out there. The plugs get used up to 8 hours a day 4-5 days a month at work now, plus when hunting or shooting for fun.

I can tell you that the Comply (Comply is the brand, I think it is owned by Shure the microphone maker) tips fit the earbud tip, but they will come off in your ears also. But they’re comfortable till they come off.
