Rifle Scopes Replacing Reticle on March 5-40. Any Experience with Reticle Swaps?

I'm considering sending my March 5-40x56 in for a reticle swap. MOA to MIL. Any good or bad experiences with this process on March scopes or any other scopes for that matter?

I don't think they have a service center in the states. It'll probably have to go back to Japan. No idea on lead time.

I sent a March back to have the 1/6400 to 1/6283 mil conversion performed. $80, and I think they quoted me 5 weeks. Smooth process and they were pretty much right on the quoted timeline. Scope went to service center in US first then on to Japan, then back to me.
