I want to replace my Leupold Mark 4 LRT with a FFP scope. Do you think the Vortex 4-16 FFP Viper is the best bang for the buck?

Yes, the Vortex PST scopes are arguably the best bang-for-the-buck under a grand. If your leupie is an M2 or M3 model I'd be interested you can click a person's name on the forum and it will say "send a PM" for talking price.
