Resizing 50 bmg m2 machine gun brass, anyone near Georgia to help?

Hey, guys, so I have 1300 cases of once fired mil brass. It’s way oversized and out of spec, no matter what I do I can’t get it to run through my lee dies and I cracked a 2x10 I was using and my table as well(partially). I didn’t know why I was having so much trouble but now I’ve figured out that the cases are just blown out a lot.
I have no idea how I can mount a press to where I can actually apply enough force to resize these cases, I might need a hydraulic press or just a table that can actually handle the amount of force required without bending.
I’m at a loss here, I’ve already invested so much into the cases and primers and powder and rifle.

Any help would be appreciated, especially someone in the area with a sturdy enough press for me to borrow or rent.

Try to anneal a couple and see if it helps. Get some imperial sizing wax too.

I had some horrible 50 brass like that. Did manage to size some, then necks cracked on first fire lol... lame.

I annealed the others and no neck splits AND I could size them. May help your case too! You may need more press other wise.. 50 is a lot of more lol.

I’ll, be honest, I doubt I will eat up through 1300 rounds of 50 so if I can load these once I’ll be happy.
Anyway, I’m not even sure it’s the necks that’s the issue. The base is what seems to be really way overblown. I can get it easy enough half way down, or actually more like 85 percent maybe 90 percent down but the base is just oversized by a lot. Here let me show you.
I broke the 2x10 and the table cracked! I cannot apply anymore force to get that last little bit and pop the primers out.
I’m thinking of finding brass processing companies to ship this to so they can resize it and remove the primers.

What press are you using?

Can you slowly size a little at a time, back off lube as needed and size a little more... repeat?

Lee press and nope, I already did that to get to that point you see in the photos. I cannot make the press go up any further, the force required breaks the table.

That brass is fuggin ugly. Looks like you covered it in sand and bbq sauce. Clean it a bit and you’ll have less friction.

Also, take some actual measurements of the neck, shoulder and body diameters, fired and sized, and compare. Your answer is in the numbers. Compare to the chamber/reamer print.

What are you using for case lube?

What headstamp? Does it have the year? I've got some really old 308 and 06 from the 50's-80's that needed to be anneled because it was so hard. I literally could not size it. Got stuck in the die and had to cut it out.

Anneled it and bam it sized like butter. But then the necks split after firing haha.

You may need to resize in increments using an oversized die first.
