Rethread or thread adapter?

All my cans and muzzle devices are surefire, so I want to stay in that family. Unfortunately, surefire doesn't make a 30 cal 3/4x24 muzzle device.

So, my options are to rethread to 5/8x24 or get a thread adapter. I've never used an adapter so I don't know if they maintain concentricity or tightness for suppressor use. Any have experience with this?

Contact them to see if they're just out of stock or not making them.

Looks like Waorani is correct as it lists on their website in the drop bar.

But they do make a .338 brake in 3/4 x 24 - SFMB-338-34-24

Have you tried this brake with a 30 cal can? I talked to a tech rep and he said the 338 brake would thread on, but wouldn't fit my 30 cal RC2 can.

Called them and said they don't make them anymore. Tried looking at the usual vendors for a surefire 30 cal brake in 3/4x24 with no luck either.

Looking like a rethread is in order. Thanks all for the help
