With USO reticles, the reticle names usually indicate who invented the reticle and what type of reticle it is. the GAP reticle was invented by George Gardner, owner of GAP.

Not sure on the PC moa. RDmoa was R&D precision, CMG was Colorado MultiGun, not sure who my beloved MPR was designed by or what it's acronym is.
