Retrofit sling with Fast Adjust buckle?

Is it possible to retrofit a sling with a fast adjust buckle like whats on the SAP, RO, TAB etc.

I too was wanting to do something like this, but couldn't figure out where to source the buckle from, nor do I have any idea how to sew. I got lucky and found some new old stock Ares armor slings over in Asia, literally had them shipped to me via arimail. I know they are not made anymore, but you may get lucky with some internet surfing.
