When setting up prone and getting in a natural feeling, relaxed setup, my rifle is canted to the right. To get it level I have to twist it while pulling into my chest. So Im not pulling straight back per say. My MPA recoil pad can adjust, do I need to adjust that so that the rifle is level when setting up and all I need to do it pull straight back.

If you aren't comfortable with a straight stock, then make it comfortable. Look at olympic air shooters and their crazy adjustable stocks.

Also, you really can can't the rifle to that natural angle, it is minimal and won't affect shots to any real material way. But, if you do can't your rifle a bit, then you need to set the scope plumb to gravity while the rifle is canted. A canted scope is really the offending issue. Frank has some articles about it.
