Not finding a ton of info on these outside of manufacturer/dealer reviews. Anyone have any feedback? Having a hard time finding an action in stock as well. I know the historical issues with the 17WSM ammo so I don’t need info on that. Just real world use from someone aside from someone selling them.

The only ones I know of in the wild are the ones TS Customs is building, and those are pretty uncommon do to price and availability.
I think as a whole they’re uncommon. I see there’s prefix 17WSM barrels available, just whether or not a guy can source an action. But I think in general they’re not super common
The actions are definitely the hardest part right now, I lucked out finding one but otherwise Ray over at zermatt quoted me 14-22 week lead time on all their actions. If you did happen to find one in stock, then it’s a simple bolt head swap but that gets expensive if you’re just planning to run 17WSM since it’s hard to sell off the most common head.
Out of curiosity, what’s the price on one with a 17WSM bolt? I see $1150 on their website and I assume that’s what most places would sell it for
You are correct, all the options are 1150 but if you buy one and the want a different bolt nose then the one it currently has you’ve got to add the price of it into the equation. I believe the bolt noses are right around 225 or 435 for a complete bolt/mag combo
I got my action from Northland Shooters Supply. Now I'm just waiting on Lothar Walther to make my barrel. I wish Zermatt would have had more barrel makers line up for prefits before releasing them.
Let us all the know how these turn out. Ithink the 17wsm is a fantastic rimfire for 250 yd varmint erradication but the ammo is definitely the weak point. Currently shooting a ruger 77 17wsm and its probably as accurate as the ammo. I found the ammo isnt as consistent as 17HMR though. Would love a rimx build and have drooled over the TS customs 17wsm but i cant see the ammo being good enough to wring out what a build like that is capable of unless you have the resources and time to do major lot testing. I found big variances from lot to lot. Some shoots great some is meh...
