I need some good rings and a rain that wont break the bank for my remington 700 sps ill be using this scope Bushnell Elite 3200 Tactical Rifle Scope 10x 40mm 1/10 Mil Adjustments i believe it's a 1 inch tube.

I highly recommend Seekins for both. Excellent quality and really good price for a top tier set of rings and base. If that is out of your budget - you can get by ok on something like the Burris XTRs or SWFA rings. I used the Burris XTRs on a first build and they were decent. But the Seekins are well worth the extra $$.

Go to Harbor Freight and spend $20 for a inch-lb torque wrench. You will be happy later on, trust me on this.
