Rifle Scopes Rings for 20 moa base to site in at 100yards

ordered a mountain tactical 20 moa base for my tikka t3. I’ve read some people can’t get a 100 yard zero with certain rings. That being said what rings would work best to achieve a 100 yard zero with an
Athlon ares btr 4.5-27?

The rings should have no impact on the 100 yard zero if they are not a ring with MOA in them. Take a look at Seekins Precision or Vortex Precision Matched rings, which are made by Seekins. They are excellent and won;t break the bank.
