Rifle Scopes Rings for my SRS + PMII 5-25x56?

Need some help gentlemen.

I'm looking for some rings or possibly a base/rings combo for my SB PMII 5-25x56 to go on my DTA SRS gen1 338lm/308. I am looking to stretch this rig out a ways but select an ideal versatile ring set that will allow my SB to clear the rail on my SRS. Anyone else out there have this rig and if so, suggestions are welcome. Height? Moa?

I am interested in DTA (nowhere to be found/ Backordered), Spuhr or BO USMCs...

I have your exact setup with a Spuhr SP-4802 (44.4 moa of cant). I have to shave my scope cap a bit, but it does clear.
