Rings or mount height

I have a rimx with a 40 moa rail and a pva m24 barrel. Ordered a new optic and now trying to decide on rings or mount. Thinking about going with a spuhr but don't know what height rings/mount to order. The scope is a riton x7 and is a 56mm. Anyone know what height I would need?
