Having received my August issue of Shooting Times magazine, and having perused the cover story on page 38 about the Ar-10 type with switchable uppers and "complete set of ambidextrous fire controls" and "few rifles that come straight out of the box completely ambidextrous". I noticed that neither the rifle on the magazine cover, nor the one with the article (probably the same) had an ambidextrous selector switch. Perhaps the author, Mr. Guthrie, the optics editor, needs to get his optics checked. Just sayin'.
