Rough Muzzle Velocity

I just got my vortec viper 6 - 24 FFP MILL scope in and am ready to start shooting my new Remington 700 5R. The round I am using is win brass, CCI Primers, 168 Hordandy BTHP match bullets and 44.5 grain Varget. I have been playing around with the JBM calculator to see bullet drop out to 400. I was thinking that the round is moving around 2700fps. Whould that be a rough velocity or am I way off? The bullet drops from JBM seam way off from what I am seeing in the field.

I'll guess 2735-2750. Sierra lists 2700 for 43.5 grains of Varget, their max, and about 2.4 grains per 100 fps.
