RPR 338 LAPUA BARREL

Own an 338 RPR since 2019. Over 1200 rounds thru it, accuracy still sub MOA however I am waiting for the barrel's final demise. I see LRI offers a barrel and the recommended tool. Anyone else? Patriot Valley Arms makes a prefit but the RPR receiver is not configurable (AI, SAVAGE among others are available.

My preference is to perform the swap. Already familiar with AI AE and AT.

Im sure that there are plenty of places that will make you an RPR barrel. Be aware that the magnum frame RPR requires the use of a 1.35" diameter blank to make a replacement barrel. The barrel also needs to be 1.2 max (I believe) in front of the flange so you would need to either special order a barrel or use a 1.35" heavy palma or similar as a starter contour
