RRS BH-55 vs Anvil 30...best for PRS?

I know there have been a few threads recently regarding RRS tripods etc...

For those of you out there using RRS:

What are the pro’s & cons of the BH55 vs the Anvil 30?
I’ve seen the BH55 up close with the side tension knob instead of the lever and it seemed great...
Preferences between the knob vs lever for quick tension adjustment?

But I also see on that the Anvil 30 seems to be popular for PRS...

Thoughts?

Ps. Have sent RRS a few emails but I’m guessing they’re caught up with SHOT...
