Ruag #5341 Large Rifle Primers

Looks like powder valley has large rifle primers.

Are these any good?

I normally use CCI Bench Rest primers, with good results.

Never tried Federal GMM or others.

Use, is to punch paper and ring steel with .308 gassers. I like small groups.

They’re fine. Use what you can get. I’ve been using ginex small rifle and Winchester large.

Use what you can get is a minor reason to select RUAG primers. Most of us have plenty at this point.

I too would like to know specific experience with this primer.

Does it have the characteristic RUAG/RWS unparalleled consistency and quality?

I just ordered some for a semi-auto 308. We'll see how it works.

I'm interested to see how these do as well.

I've moved all but .308 and 338LM over to small rifle primer brass at this point, but it's always good to know how less well-known components work should the need, or a deal, arise.

RUAG are european primers, so this means that they are far better than american shit.
they are very very mild.
