Ruger 10/22 takedown, in stores yet?

Ran across a email about these earlier today and figured this would be the best place to ask since I cannot easily communicate back home to the fun stores. Are these out in gun stores yet or just now hitting the market and vaporware? They look like bit of a neat concept that has been produced over and over again by different weapon systems.

Just hitting the market and disappearing. A few on Rimfire Central have recieved them. No range reports yet. Price is anywhere from $299-$341 from what I've seen.
