Ruger Precision Rimfire 17 HMR Conversion?

A buddy and I were talking this over at lunch just now.I know anything can be done with enough money and resources, but what would be involved in converting a Precision Rimfire to 17 HMR?
Will a mag and barrel swap do it or is there more?
Is anyone making aftermarket barrels in this pattern yet?

I know with my 455 and sako all that is needed is the barrel and a mag. Wouldn't think it would be to hard. Would just need to make sure that the ruger can handle the higher chamber pressure that comes with the hmr.
