I currently have 2 very nice 10/22's for my kids. But, I plan on getting rid of 1 and replacing with one of the new Ruger RPRR or CZ 455 in .22lr

    3 questions:

    1- Which and why?
2- Where can I find either a brand new or lightly used one that has been upgraded (barrel, trigger, chassis, etc?
3- Is there a better option out there that will match the Remington 700 SA footprint? (Besides Vudoo)

If you want to copy an R700, then the CZ455 is your rifle. Manners makes a T4 stock for it, McMillan has the M40A22, KRG has a chassis for it, etc. The RPRR is a good trainer match for the RPR, but it can't replicate an R700 like the CZ can.
