Does anyone make a one piece rail type scope base that will fit Rugers?

Ruger what? Flat (0 MOA) or canted (built-in MOA). If you aren't more specific when you ask a question how can you expect to get accurate information and answers?

Not that I know of, but I am not very knowledgable of any specialty manufacturers. I would think it would be hard to get a scope low enough to use with the factory stock tho.

Sorry, I didn't even consider the idea of putting one on anything besides a bolt gun.
Mine is an M77 mkII 25-06
I'm looking for something that would mount on the factory dovetail.

Ken Farrell Bases makes one and Burris has a weaver adapter.
