Ruger SFAR

I have read several articles and posts concerning problems with the Ruger SFAR .308. But most of these are from 2023 or earlier. Does anyone have any information on current production rifles? Has Ruger solved the problem or are there still issues with the rifle?

Mine was built a couple of months ago-I have had zero complaints so far-
Feeds and extracts everything so far and accuracy with a good load is in the 1 MOA grouping-

Any idea how big the red target dot is? I’d run it on Ballistic X and get you a true number

A local shop has a used 16” 308 for $775. Is it worth picking up at that price?

I noticed the gas block seems to be touching the rail on both sides, so that would need to be swapped.
