Building a 6.5 and RWS is on my list of potential gunsmiths to complete the work. Any experience with them?

Edit: Damn it too slow
My last transaction didn't go smoothly. He does good work but it seems like he's too busy and details are getting overlooked.
He built me up a 6.5 Creedmoor about 2 years ago, on his house brand action, which is OEM'ed by Defiance. I emailed him exactly what I wanted, no hassles. Gun shot excellent all the way till I burned out the barrel.
