Rifle Scopes S&B pmII cm adjustments

I am new to some of the F1 scopes and have a question. I was unable to find my answer on the search function so please excuse this if it is a worn out topic but I have not seen it before.

Is my assumption correct that the S&B 4x16x50 P4 fine LP scope comes in CM and MOA adjustments and not miliradian? Or, is the CM scope the same as the MIl scope. I found what I thought was a good deal but it is a CM scope. I have shot a fair amount with my NF second focal scope but am stepping into an S&B and want to make sure I get the best set up for me. I was wanting to get a mil setup but if the CM setup is differnt should I learn it? Can someone please clarify this for me. Thanks in advance!

Ok, That makes me feel better, I have seen some pics of different powered S&Bs and they are marked .01 mil and wanted to clarify before I dropped the $ on the wrong set up. I thought maybe I was looking at a European version MOA or something.

Those helped greatly. Thanks Guys! It seems really complicated at first, but once I read it a few times I cant wait to get to the range and try it out. I dont know why S&B cant just make then all say Mil or CM. The post that has Fredo's post on there needs to be made into a sticky in the optics forum.
