I recently bought a sabre 18" 1:7 chrome lined and it just doesn't seem to be that accurate.
I've tried several different hand loads and the best seems to be the sierra accuracy load for 69 grain, it's about 1.5" for 10 shots fired from a lead sled.
Is this about what I should expect or should I send it back? It's no better and seems a little worse than a couple 16" CL carbine barreled uppers I have. My stag 16" manages similar groups and it's not free floated for shit's sake.
