I've had a Saker 7.62 with the old MAAD style mount for 4 years now, never had a single issue. Shot a little match last month, cleaned it, lubed it, put it in the safe and didn't touch it until Friday.
Whenever I went to shoot I put a couple drops of oil on the rachet system as usual and went to put it on my rifle. It refused to lock or even move at all. We tried tapping it with a rubber mallet, taking the mount off the can, deep cleaning, a strap wrench...nothing.
I've emailed Silencerco CS but I wanted to see if anyone had suggestions before I put it in the mail.
