Is it just me or does it look like these 2 rifles share the same action? Or at least one is a copy of the other maybe.

Re: Sako M10 vs Remington MSR

Both are just awesome rifles, I was waiting for more results, to possibly look into getting one, since I was beginning to shop for a .338 LM and a MCR style rifle. But to answer your question, from the photos your looking at it would kind of be almost impossible to tell if they actually were the same actions.

I am not trying to come off cocky or rude, I apologize if it seems that way, but neither of these companies would be using the same actions. The Sako, uses a Sako TRG action with there typical 60 degree pull, and Remington well, nothing really needs to be said about there actions either.

IMO I think the Sako is probably going to turn out to be the better rifle, only time will see.

Re: Sako M10 vs Remington MSR

The MSR isn't the standard Remington 700 action, its a whole new action. It has a 60 degree lift also. These pics really don't show all the similarities but the rifles are very similar overall, including they will supposedly be sold to civilians.
