Sako Quad receiver material?

Does anyone know what these are made of?

I'm considering getting either one of these or a CZ 452 for a training gun before I move up to a centerfire bolt action.

I don't know what type or hardness of the receiver but it seams to be regular steel. But so is the CZ. I have both and the nice thing about the Quad is caliber interchangeability. 1 receiver 4 barrels. You can pick up the Quad for about $400 in 17HM2 on GB right now.
