Bought rifle from Cabela’s in 2019. Shot at local range and one PRS match. She’s been mostly a safe queen for last 2 years. Round count is 440. This is an exceptionally accurate rifle that is very easy to shoot well. I have only used factory ammunition and routinely shot 0.2-0.3 MOA three rounds groups and 0.4-0.6 MOA five round groups at 100 yards with this setup. I am including photos of some of my best targets: 100 yds/3 rnds/0.18 MOA, 100 yds/5 rnds/0.37 MOA, 200 yrds/3 rnds/0.21 MOA, 200 yds/5 rnds/0.39 MOA, 300 yds/3 rnds/0.29 MOA, 300 yds/10 rnds/0.63 MOA. Mostly shot with muzzle brake, with some suppressor use. The scope is awesome and pairs really well with this rifle. No issues with holding zero or anything like that.
When I purchased it I had the barrel re-threaded (without chop) from factory M18x1 to 5/8x24 by a local gunsmith, which was great for using common muzzle devices. I tried a bunch of different factory loads and it shot equally well with all of them. I settled on Hornady American Gunner 140 gr BTHP and have used that for almost all the rounds fired.
There are some light scratches on the barrel and a small gouge on the bolt handle (see pics). Otherwise rifle is in top shape.
This is a legendary rifle model that will only be limited by your shooting abilities. I am happy to meet any potential buyers at my range in Oxford NC where they can give her a test drive and verify the accuracy. Thanks for looking.
