I have a Sako TRG with a Warne 20moa rail, and Warne tactical High rings. My soon to be wife was being nice and bought me a 6.5-20 Zeiss conquest Rapid Z 1000, the guy at the store ordered a Rapid Z varmint and mounted it.
So with my Rapid Z varmint at 200 yards I'm about 4inches high. The zeiss has 45inches of elevation at 100 yards. Does anyone have any advice for this other than going back to the local gun store and forcing him to give me the 1000 (which just happens to have the 100 yard line where my gun is shooting since the scope doesnt have alot of elevation adjustment)
I previously had a Tasco 6-24x44 piece of junk on some junk meduim rings and had no problem at all. I believe that the issue is where the crosshairs are placed on the zeiss relative to the elevation knob settings......
