This is not a lesson, but my experience working with the SASS 308 platform.
Here are two groups shot seconds apart at 564 yards with a DPMS SASS in the pic.the first group is at the lower Dot and was shot using a loose grip no rearward pull or forward push. I let it just recoil and the trigger reset before I wanted it to do so from the weapon jumping and I lost sight of impact each shot of the 3 rounds. The group also went higher than POA.

Next group The top dot is 3 rounds using follow threw and weapons control or as I call it driving the SASS,I couldn't follow threw unless I pull the slack up into my shoulder lightly and lean into the weapon loading slight forward tension on the bi pod and I could obtain follow threw and held the trigger at full pull. I spotted impact on plate,I would let up the trigger reset and start over except the weapon never let slack back up or unloaded the bi pod the follow up was fast, the 2ND group was done in much faster pace .Group was on POA as well.
