All long-action Savages have 5.062" action screw spacing...regardless if they are an older "staggerfeed" (mag attached to action) long action or newer "centerfeed" (mag fixed in stock) long action.
Not changing the long action bolt spacing is one thing Savage has done right, because God knows they've changed enough shit seemingly for change's sake over the last decade...
A staggerfeed LA will fit in a centerfeed LA stock and vice versa...you just might have to do a little work for the magazine. I know this because I put a staggerfeed LA into a centerfeed LA BVSS stock and had to take a dremel to the mag inlet to make deep enough for the attached blind magazine.
Mass-production stocks for Savage LA are limited; you're pretty much left with the B&C Duramaxx or Choate Tactical/Varmint/Sniper. McMillan and Manners make very nice Savage stocks, however...with Stockade being another good option that's less expensive than a McM or Manners.
CDI also makes not one but two different DBMs for long action Savage, and can inlet any stock for them. Their DBMs are a "traditional long action" that uses AICS 300WM magazines and another "LA/308 mag box" DBM that uses AICS 308 magazines.
Here's my Savage 110 long action *223AI* using a McMillan A5 and CDI LA/308 DBM.
