I think you meant to say was "if you use hand loads with already fired brass"[/i], the glock weakens the side wall of the casing when fired because of design that makes them so reliable. That is why you need to use new brass every time if you plan on reloading. </div></div>
A couple things... One, I thought this was about Savage 111's? I've got the 110BA (I know, not a 111, way closer than a Glock tho), ugly as sin, I'll admit, but it's as accurate as I can shoot... Cost for ammo, not so horrific if you reload (a must with 338LM) Smooth and crisp action. Got rid of that chunk of base... Put a 30MOA Rai from ATRS on there, love it. I think the 111 is a tad light for a 338, personally, i agree, the 110 FCP would be a better choice...
PS.Glock with reloads works just fine, my buddy and i reload for our 9mm, mine is a beretta 92SB his is a Glock(can't remember the number) no issues, even with 4 and 5 times fired brass...
