Savage MK2 trr sr

How come no ones talking about this savage as a NRL22 gun? Can it not hang with the Tikka, Ruger or CZ? I mean I have all of them and considering getting this one but no one talks about it, like its bad and cant hang with this the other boys.

I started shooting NRL with a Savage MKii fvsr that I put in an MDT chassis. Accuracy was never the issue. The gun was incredible as far as accuracy went. My issue with it was reliability. It seemed like I was always having issues with the magazines or extraction. Once I gave up on it and bought my Tikka my scores went up dramatically.

I had one several years ago that shot a pretty good pattern (comparing to a shotgun). Bought an fvsr, switched the stocks and sold the trr. Fvsr shot great. Sold it when I got my t1x's. And the trr was really long, especially suppressed.

I have a MKII TR. It’s fairly accurate, trigger is ok. I had to polish the ejectors on it. It doesn’t like CCI SV at all, will not extract them no matter how clean the chamber is. If I had it to do over, I add another $50 and buy a tikka.
