savage MKII feeding problems.

I seem to be having a bunch of problems with ammo feeding right from the mag. Played with it several times and cant seem to get a good bend on the lips. Any ideas?

5 or 10 round mag? My 5 feeds great, always has. The 10 I bought sucked, but after cutting a couple of coils of the spring it works 95%

mines the stock 5 round mag

Might have played with the lips too much, when mine had problems all it took was a little pinch on the feed lips with pliers to cure it.
