had one, replaced the stock with a tacticool. Sights are decent, but not up to par with anschutz/gehmann/walther/etc (but for the price, what do you expect). If you are not set on a repeater, watch gunbroker for older anschutz 54 and walther kkm.
check my signature line for my fvt build up. It was a great shooter, but I replaced the stock and added an adjustable buttplate, replaced the bottom metal with 1/8", and replaced the trigger with a rifle basix. For the money (I think they are about $360ish new), I would just buy a used single shot anschutz or walther (or maybe try to find a marlin 2000 with the 5-shot kit). Like I said, my fvt shot great with good ammo, but I have a walther gx1 that shoots a lot better (better than me, too), and the quality and resale will be a lot better also. If you can live with the stock, or find a good deal on a used one and like it, buy it.
