Rifle Scopes Saw this steal on Leupold MK 5

So just ordered one of these without seeing that they are CW elevation...but by far the best deal on an illuminated MIL 5-25 I could find. Chit. But, for a hunting rifle I don't think it'll be a big deal. Think they come with Mark4 rings too? The Midway listing says so anyway.

Update to this, per Leupold the free Mark 4 rings are a Midway only promo. Still, there are good deals to be had if you talk to your dealer about these. For the savings over a regular illum TMR model I'll live with CW rotation all day.

Since I called Leupold today here's what I can share. The Leupold item number 179972 was not found by the person I spoke to. As I was asking about the CW adjustment specifically it was mentioned that that could be a result of the "rest of the world" tends to use CW versus the USA using a CCW adjustment.

Since the same Leupold item number is being sold thru Midway with a set of rings it could be a special order for those retailers, or even factory overruns never sold overseas.

I'm not going to argue what I was told as 100% fact, just sharing what Leupold CS told me.

CW=capped windage

No. As mentioned before, it’s for clockwise turrets. Mine came in today. For what I paid vs a CCW Illum TMR I am tickled. And I did not buy it from EuroOptic or Midway.
